It was a good time once we figured out what to do. Next time will be even better!  Thanks Brandi.

Thank you very much Betsy.  Your mystery is very involved when you take the time to understand all of the characters and their ''interactions''.  What an imagination you have.
Thank you and please author another one for next New Years eve.  I definitely like your style!

FAQs For This Game
  • Question: How many guests can be invited?
Answer: The recommended number of guests is 8 to 14. There are no maximum amounts of guests that can be invited. However, this game has 15 characters, one which is the victim and is not present at the party. The minimum amount of guests would be 8. The game is designed with 8 required characters and 6 others to add more spice to the game!
  • Question: Can more or less guests be invited than specified in the list of characters?
Answer: Yes, you can add or omit the suggested number of guests by adding or omitting characters. If you reduce the characters it is suggested you start with the characters that are not “required” as labeled in each character description. You must also omit the clues for each character that is omitted. The reverse is true with adding characters, although a little more effort is involved. For each character added, you must also add clues in each round if they are going to participate in the mystery murder solution.
  • Question: Do the character’s play and interactivity important to the success of the party?
Answer: (From a Host-Party.com customer) “I would suggest you emphasize to everyone to not only know your character, but to also try to know everyone else's character. Some of them play off of each other, so if you don't know the other characters and their personalities, it may fall flat. For example, one of our characters was supposed to be quite obnoxious and he did not carry that off, so one of the other characters could not carry hers off very well because he did not provide her anything to play off of.” – Michelle (Party Hostess)
  • Question: Before and during the party, does anyone know who the murderer is?
Answer: The party coordinator (usually the host or hostess) has access to knowing who the culprit is, but does not necessarily exercise the option of knowing. The guest character playing the culprit will know in the Final Solution Clue.
