I have often heard of the Murder Mystery Dinners but we have never gone to one.  Wanted to get a group together and just never did. Well, no more.
We decided to purchase our own and have this for our New Years Party.  This was super easy to follow and great fun.  We had 14 guest so I had to add an extra character but we had everyone from 10 yrs old to 80 and all had parts, and enjoyed it alot.
I have now been asked to see if I can get one for Valentine Day.
Super site and great complete material.  Thanks!!

Our group of 12 close friends decided that we would like to do something different this year for our New Year''s Eve Pary.  We chose to host a mystery, "Murder Before Midnight".  We expected the mystery to fit right in with our New Year''s theme, but it actually did not have much to do New Year''s Eve at all.  However, a good time was had by all!  The costumes were easy to get-together and everyone looked great!  The best tip we have is to stay in character for the entire mystery, beginning to end!  The more you get into character, the better!

We had SUCH a laugh playing this game, everyone's characters were great - and people put so much effort into their costumes!

It was a great way to bring in the new year, cannot wait to do another one!

Everyone had a great time.  We all dressed in costumes and a lot of people added more on their own to the charactors which was great.

Great time had by all.  We are a large group that travel together and this was a great way to bring in the New Year.  Something completely different than going to a hall.

We will most likely try this again.  Happy New Year

We all had a great time with this Murder Mystery!  Everyone's costumes were awesome and they all got into their character.  It was a good one for New Years Eve.

We enjoyed our first murder mystery. The characters were fun. We performed it at a hotel and changed rooms with every round. We even outlined the dead body in tape on the floor.  Although the script had no "who was where, at the time of the murderer." We also thought the murderer was a bit obvious. I might try a more CSI type version next time. Good LUCK!

Our group of 11 had a wonderful time with this mystery.  It was amazing how it all flowed and came together at the end.  Our friends costumes were amazing!  Everyone is definately looking forward to the next one!!!  Thank you Host-Party for making it so easy!!!

This was sooo much fun!! It was different than other ones I had done before. Having a detective changed things a lot, it becomes a question and answer dynamic.
The characters are great!
