Abominable S.
Snowman, North Pole watchman
The Abominable Snowman is Santa’s political nemesis. His job is to patrol the borders of the North Pole, keeping trespassors from discovering Santa's Workshop. He is also a political activist, expressing concern that the office of Santa has no accountability, which is why the current Santa appears to be abusing his power.

Basil (Can be played by a Male or Female)
Elf, Insurance Agent
Basil is an Elf, and the Insurance Agent for the North Pole. It has always been his dream to work at the North Pole, but being the insurance agent for the residents is more challenging than he imagined. For one thing, having immortality during their tenure at the Pole throws off their retirement needs and life expectancy averages. Also, there's not really a market for life insurance. Basil is doing the best he can.

Frosty
Snowman, scientist
Frosty the Snowman has received advanced scientific degrees from the Henson Arctic University, and is considered by North Pole residents to be an expert on meteorology. Frosty has an obvious vested interest in understanding how global warming affects the climate of the North Pole.

Elf, Director of Christmas Caroling at the North Pole
Holly is an Elf, and has recently been appointed the Director of Christmas Caroling at the North Pole. Holly is beautiful, sweet and articulate, and smarter than she is given credit for. She is willing to discuss caroling with anybody, but also has strong political opinions and enjoys a good debate.

Mrs. Claus is the wife to Santa Claus. She is a gracious hostess, and always has freshly baked cookies coming out of the oven.

Leader of Christmas
Many men have served in the office of Santa. This particular Santa seems to enjoy the perks of the job and is reluctant to step down from office. Rumors are flying around the North Pole faster than the reindeer; his un-Santa-like behavior borders on 'naughty.' Recently, Mrs. Claus is furious because he's been spending a lot of time with Mother Nature. He maintains that he is discussing Global Warming with her, but it looks awkward.

Yule Tide (Can be played by a Male or Female)
Elf, reindeer trainer
Yule is an elf, and the head reindeer trainer.
Yule speaks about little other than reindeers- he loves them dearly. To anybody that will listen, Yule is happy to share tips for most efficient aerodynamic antler design, diet to improve the sheen of a reindeer’s coat, how the reindeer games are really effective training exercises.
