Remove the croissant pasty dough and flatten on a sheet of wax paper. Cut small triangle shapes with a knife (about 2" wide). Place a 1/2" by 1/2" slice of cheese in the center of the dough. Place a little smokie sausage on top of the cheese. Roll the pasty dough around the sausage and place on a baking sheet with the loose ends of the pasty facing down. Follow the baking instructions for temperature and length of cooking time on the pasty container. However, be sure to remove from the oven when the pasty is golden brown. |
